The following Terms & Conditions and conditions of business apply to all Travel Africa Tours & Travel trips booked with an approved agent. Receipt of the deposit indicates formal understanding and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and conditions of business. Please read carefully..

1. Travel Africa Tours & Travel does accept full responsibility for proper performance of your contract with us subject to the accuracy of information provided to us by you(the client) which we shall use to develop and execute all travel itineraries.
2. For a reservation to exist a deposit of 30% of the total cost is required upon booking. Confirmation of the reservation will be notified to the client accordingly. The balance is payable 21 days before the commencement of our services.
3. Incase of booking cancellation Travel Africa Tours & Travel must be notified in writing. Any notice of cancellation received between 30 to 21 days before commencement of our services a cancellation fee of 25% of the cost the service shall be levied. Between 20 - 15 days, 50% of the cost of the service shall be levied. Any days thereafter 90% of the cost of service shall be levied.
4. We reserve the right to make minor changes to brochure details, travel and holiday arrangements before or even after your lookings. Incase of significant changes you will be notified at the earliest possible. You may choose to accept the changes or cancel the entire booking. In this case you get a full refund of any money paid.
